All of the templates in this archive MUST be kept together when distributing them. You may purchase the entire Service collection for $50 until 6/30/93. Service 3.0 is scheduled for relase on 7/1/93 (FREE upgrades for life of project), and will be priced at that time. Please see the REGISTRATION template for more information on placing your order. You may not distribute Service on any kind of media where there is a fee charged without written consent from it's author. Service is distributed "as is", you use these templates at your own risk. No warranty is offered of any kind.

  11. These templates are password protected to encourage registration.

  13. • First time users should... •

  15. Launch the Navigator template first. From there you will be able to quickly move about all the templates. Limited instructions can be found in the records included for demonstration.

  36.         • Includes buttons for every template in the Service collection providing
  37.            instant access to nearly EVERY layout. 
  38.            ( NOTE: Command-1 will bring Navigator to the front in all of the templates.)

  40. Client Core

  42. This is the Contact Manager template in the Service collection. Some of it’s features include:

  44.     • Scripted sorts by: company, last name, zip code and client code.
  45.     • Auto-Entry for phone numbers, city/state/zip and area code.
  46.     • Fields for E-Mail addresses with Auto-Entry (i.e. AOL, CIS...).
  47.     • Most recent entries in Contact Log are displayed for easy access.
  48.     • Three pop-up lists for labeling contacts.
  49.     • A “Dear/Attn.” field to ensure your correspondence is addressed
  50.        properly.
  51.     • #10 Envelope layout.
  52.     • 8.5x11 Letter layout.
  53.     • 8.5x11 Fax layout provides a nice “Quick Fax” solution. Combine  your
  54.        message and cover page to save paper and phone costs!
  55.     • Phone Directory layout lists contact by Company/Name/Phone Number
  56.        Extension. Perfect format for printing out a sorted group of numbers.
  57.     • Contact Log layout gives you a place to track up to twenty phone calls
  58.        per contact. Auto-Entry of time a date with the click of a button.
  59.     • Notes Layout allows you to store a contacts home address, spouse’s name,
  60.        kids names and miscellaneous notes.
  61.     • Colorful icon driven interface a provides button access to nearly every
  62.        layout in the Service collection.

  66.         • Scripted Find and Sort buttons for user defined categories.
  67.         • Pop-up lists make labeling text files for future sorts fast and easy.
  68.         • Scripted button copies the current text file directly to Client Core
  69.            Letter layout. Great for feature for users of form letters.
  70.         • List view provides easy way to scan your text files by category.
  71.         • Colorful icon driven interface a provides button access to nearly 
  72.             every layout in the Service collection.

  76.         • Very similar to Text Library in it’s layout but allows the user to
  77.             store, sort and categorize their favorite PICTs and sounds.

  81.         • Scripted search when opening the template finds and lists all of 
  82.           the items you have marked “URGENT!”. 
  83.         • Pop-up menus label tasks into categories such as: Personal, 
  84.            Business, Priority and Status. User defines sub categories for
  85.                   each menu.

  89.         • Simple invoice layout designed for use in service industries.
  90.         • Client billing info can be copied from the Client Core with the
  91.             click of a button.

  97.             intended to be used as a diary.
